"Amid the swirling,
confusing, unfocused energies of the world, there is a light, a calm, and a healing
in the center of all things." YB
The NAAD
Yoga class will begin by learning the Gurumukhi script, which is the original
script the NAAD, healing sound current we use with mantra and meditation, was
written in. Being able to read the sounds in their native script allows you to
be more accurate in repeating the essential primal sound of the NAAD. This class
will give you confidence that you are correctly repeating the rhythm, sound and
patterns to gain the most benefits from the science of healing using sound current.
From there we will go deeper into understanding how to use sound, mantra, and
meditation as healing tools.
